Dubai, UAE- January 18, 2012:

From the University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), the awards recognise the outstanding academic achievements of secondary school students across the world in different regions.

In the U.A.E the awards for the June 2011 Cambridge examinations (Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Level and Cambridge International A Level) are known as the H.H Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Cambridge Outstanding Learner Awards. These achievements are a credit to the partnership between GEMS and Cambridge and demonstrate the dedication and commitment of teachers, students and the schools. We look forward to congratulating more learners from GEMS Schools in the near future,” said William Bickerdike, Regional Manager, Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan, University of Cambridge International Examinations
