Student Registration/Applications:
Step 1: To begin the application process, you must register online using the GEMS Online Student Registration website. (click the link)
Before accessing this site, you may wish to read the following guidelines providing simple instructions for completing the online application process.

Step 2: Once you have completed the online application, you will receive an Enquiry number. Please print a copy of this Receipt and keep it for your records. If you cannot print this page, please ensure that you write down the Enquiry Number for all future correspondence and queries. Without the Enquiry Number, we cannot verify your Enquiry.
Step 3: Once you have received your enquiry number, please contact the appropriate DAA Registrar (Elementary or Middle/High School) with the following documents to proceed with the completion of the enquiry and ensure admission for your child.

4 Passport Pictures - please print student's name clearly on the back of each picture

one passport size photograph of mother and one passport size photograph of father

Payment of 500 AED to Accounts Department for Application Processing Fee. (Application fee is non-refundable and valid for academic year for which you are applying.)

3 Years of School Reports (the most recent report must be included). REPORTS MUST BE IN ENGLISH.

Standardized Test Results (if available)

Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate (must be in English). Required for PKG, KG1, KG2 and Grade 1 applicants only.

Copy of Applicant's, Father’s, and Mother’s Passport

* Copy of Applicant's, Father's and Mother's U.A.E. Residence Visa (when available)

* Copy of Applicant's Emirates ID Card (Website: www.id.ae)

* Transfer Certificate (needed at enrollment not at application processing time)

Completed Confidential School Recommendation Form
* The U.A.E. Residence Visa and Transfer Certificate are not needed at application processing time, but will be needed at actual enrollment. These are required documents for the registration of the child by the Ministry of Education in Dubai.
* Reminder - Applications will not be processed until full documentation and payment of application fee has been received.
