Property Company - Building Schools

GEMS Education provides complete facilities planning and design services to property developers through its team of experts.

GEMS partners typically retain 100% ownership of the PropCo and enjoy steady long term, annuity-like returns on the original construction cost of the project.


Operating Company - Owning and Operating Schools

GEMS education is a partner with vast experience in developing joint ventures to establish schools with public and private investors.

The OpCo is the school business itself, and a GEMS partner may take up to a 50% stake in the OpCo, or remain sole 100% owner of the PropCo only.


Management Company - Managing Schools

GEMS Education has a depth and breadth that is unsurpassed in the provision of private education today.

The Management Company is 100% held by GEMS where we consult and offer services in all areas of education management and operations.
