Christopher began life as a teacher of English Language and Literature at Northampton School for Boys, before leaving the country to live and work in Sweden as a teacher of English as Foreign Language and work as a semi-professional actor. Since returning to England Chris has worked in secondary and primary schools; this experience includes twenty years as a part-teacher of secondary school English, and over 15 years as a successful primary school headteacher.
Christopher was also achieved the status of National Leader of Education, a status awarded by the National College for School Leadership. His school in Harrow, London was chosen to be the Knowledge Centre for Leadership and Succession Planning for Harrow Educational Authority.
Chris has also worked as Recruitment Strategy Manager for Harrow Council. He has written and delivered training programmes in leadership which he has delivered in Harrow and Cambridge (England) as well as Bangalore (India) and Nairobi (Kenya).
