Admissions

Currently, all registrations will be through the GEMS Online Student Registration System. Please click here to register your child.
If your online registration is confirmed by the school's registrar, you need to submit the following documents to complete the admission of your child:

Documents required at the time of Admission

1. Admission Form duly completed
2. Three photocopies of the child’s passport with valid Visa
3. One stamp-size and two passport-size photographs
4. Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate of the last school attended. In case of transfer from a local school, the TC must be attested by the competent authority at the Ministry of Education. Students coming from abroad must have their certificates attested by:
   • District Educational Officer (in their respective countries )
   • Their respective consulate in Dubai
   • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah
    
5. Photocopy of the original mark sheet of the last examination passed at the previous school
6. Two copies of the Birth Certificate (for students seeking admission in KG and Grade 1 only)
7. Immunization card copy
