Field Trip

 The students of Grade 1 and 2 visited the ‘Sharjah Aquarium’ between the 13th and 21st of June 2012. The aquarium was extremely vibrant and colourful and the students were guided by an attendant the entire outing.The students walked happily through the tunnels and over the bridges to see around 250 species of underwater creatures. They were ecstatic to see the colourful fish as they recognized and named some of them. They enjoyed learning new facts about the underwater world.They also did a worksheet as a follow up activity when they returned to school. They put their thoughts and feedback on paper thus encouraging and strengthening their memory and general knowledge.
