Mr. Paramjit Ahluwalia had organized the trip for students of grade 6 to 11. A total of 47 students went for this trip along with 4 teachers. After reaching Delhi we drove up the Nainital. The scenery of Nainital was mesmerizing. In the evening, we went shopping and visited a local temple. Next day we went boating and Muslim students offered Eid Prayers in a Mosque in the morning. In the evening we went to the top of the hill by cable car to see the snow covered peaks.
On 8th of Nov, we drove to Jim Corbett National Park for an adventurous trip. The children went for trekking accompanied by a Naturalist. It was good learning experience about the flora and fauna in the forest. Next day early in the morning we went for Jungle Safari and spotted a lot of animals and different birds. In the daytime, boys and girls went for river crossing and rock climbing, that was both exciting and challenging. On the 10th of Nov, after reaching Delhi we visited various historical monuments like, India Gate, Red Fort and Rajghat Every evening there was a bonfire and students enjoyed singing and dancing. We returned back on the 11th of November with loads of memories of an enjoyable and fun filled trip.
