On the 11th of February, a group of Best Buddies accompanied by teachers went to the Khalifa University to attend the ‘Manzil Sports Carnival’. We reached the venue at 9 am were excited to meet Manzil buddies dressed in different costumes for the various events lined up for the day.
 

The carnival began with the March Past. All Manzil students led by TMS buddies took part in this event. Gibran and Raihan kept the show alive with their gift of the gab. The cheerleaders from the Ibn Seena School kept the spirits alive throughout. The buddies assisted Manzil students with a few games like ‘set the table’ and ‘match the objects’. A fabulous gymnastics routine and a few songs by the DPS school band, Sharjah enthralled the audience. TMS along with their buddies mesmerised the audience with their version of Spanish Carnival Dance.

Finally the day came to an end and we headed back to school with a wonderful feeling and an experience which will always be cherished.
