Our Curriculum

Our Own English High School Sharjah offers a curriculum designed and developed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi andprepares students for the All India Secondary Schools Examination (at the end of Grade 10) and the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (at the end of Grade 12) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, India.

Learning experience at Our Own

The curriculum aims at the holistic all round development of every student. Apart from being comprehensive, it is also practical and stresses the importance of experimenting in order to develop one's personality and achieve academic success.

The medium of instruction is English and special emphasis is placed on the teaching of both written and spoken English at all levels.

After successfully completing the AISSCE, students are eligible for admissions to universities and higher education colleges anywhere in the world (subject to the conditions prescribed), as it is widely recognised by all the Indian and international universities. Students find placements in professional, technical and general education courses in India and abroad as they do exceedingly well in the SAT examinations.
