As part of the conference, the student-delegates focused on regional as well as country related issues and shared experiences and learning on developmental ideas that meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
The opening ceremony was held in the American University of Dubai, on the first day of the conference. It set the mood for the entire conference with dances representing the Four Elements of nature, enchanting piano pieces, mask mime, contemporary dance and singing.
