Education Team
GEMS employs an in-house team of over 9,000 multi-skilled education professionals and staff from around the world who are supported by an advisory board of eminent educationalists. Dedicated, qualified and experienced teachers are selected for their expertise and their ability to create motivational atmospheres for students.
All our teachers participate in ongoing training programmes to ensure that the strategies, methods and resources they use reflect the standards of best practice from around the world. All GEMS staff have access to professional opportunities that include international placement, training and professional development programmes.
All teachers for GEMS Royal Dubai School will have at least two years experience of teaching the National Curriculum for England and will have been subjected to rigorous interview and assessment procedures.
