Academy Timings

Opening Times and Tours of the Academy

For all enquiries, our Reception Team, Accounts and Registrations Team are open at the following times:

Please check our Academic Calendar to be certain of Academic Holiday working hours.

The Academy closes completely on Public Holidays.

Tours of the Academy - take place Sunday to Thursday at 10am daily. There is ne need to book, anyone is welcome to attend. Please arrive at about 9.50am as the tour will start promptly at 10am and late arrivals may not be able to be accomodated.

Lesson Times for Students

Foundation Stage 1

8:00am – 12:30pm daily

Parents may drop off their children from 7:35am. Registration will take place at 8:00am.
As there is no after-school child care provision's, or School Transport Service available (for FS1 children), please assure your child is picked up promptly no later than 12:30pm from his/her classroom.

Children participate in a well-balanced variety of learning activities. There are playtimes and snack times for FS1 throughout the morning.

Foundation Stage 2

7.45am – 2:15pm Sunday to Wednesday
7.45am – 12:50pm Thursday

Parents may drop off their children from 7:35am onwards. Registration will take place at 7:45am.
After school activities our available between 2:15pm until 3:00pm for students who use school transport. and is optional for all other students.

Year 1 to Year 10

Students can go to their classrooms from 7:35am. Registration is at 7:45am.

7:45am – 2:50pm Sunday to Wednesday
7:45am – 1.05pm Thursday

From 3:00pm on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday, students have an option to take part in a range of after school activities which will normally run until 4.00pm depending upon the nature of the activity.
 

Notes:
Bus Drop off at 7.30am. Bus Pick up 3.00pm

Please note : There will be no School Transportation provided for drop off of students attending on-campus or off campus After-school Activities. Please arrange to collect students from their after school activity at the times provided.
