Senior Leadership Team ( SLT ) A warm welcome to The Winchester family where: "EVERY CHILD MATTERS".I am honored and feel privileged to be the Head of Primary and Team member of The Winchester School. I am passionate about providing the best possible learning opportunities and experiences for the children and school in which I serve. The Winchester school offers a safe and secure environment in which every child is nurtured to achieve their full potential. All staff at The Winchester School is committed to helping each individual build their confidence, independence and values in the wider community. We celebrate 90 nationalities at The Winchester and aim to facilitate in our learners empathy, an appreciation of diversity and difference, and respect for others. The Winchester School continues to be a school that is caring, challenging and a wonderful place to be and to learn! The children of The Winchester School are a diversely talented and unique group of individuals, who are both a source of inspiration and motivation for us all. A holistic and child centered approach leads to all decisions, developments and strategic planning actions for the well-being and success of all students.I especially want all of our students to aspire to be the best that they possibly can and I am committed to the school and its ethos. My prime aim is to be working across the primary school raising the standards of learning for all children. We recognize that learning is a lifelong process, and believe that the foundation we lay with children today, will help them to ensure their place as Global Citizens in International Communities around the world tomorrow. I look forward to working with you for the benefit of your children. The parent-school partnership is something I firmly endorse and aim that, together; we can provide the very best educational experience for all our students. A partnership doesn’t mean that we will always be in agreement, but what we will be is always focused on what we feel is most beneficial, educationally, for the children of this school.
