Enrichment is at the heart of everything we do and this ensures every child develops to their full potential, both academically and personally.

Our  Enrichment Department is responsible for:

• the curriculum; teaching and learning including homework; performance review, and lesson observations
• assessment, monitoring, recording and reporting
• learning support
• provision for the more able, gifted and talented
• staff induction, performance review, training and research
• the Behaviour for Learning policy and pupil support
• tutoring
