Education and Learning

Our holistic approach to education provides a rich variety of learning experiences both in and outside the classroom.

Our teachers are specialists in their fields and are passionate about their subjects. We encourage exploration, innovative problem solving, independent expression and decision-making so that our students become informed, confident and active learners.

The last Inspection Report recognised the ‘excellent’ standards of discipline and behaviour amongst children throughout the school as well as the breadth of extra-curricular activities available for pupils to experience.

Sherfield Departments:

• Baby GEMS: 3 months – 2 years
• Little GEMS: 2 – 3 years
• Gems Plus: 3 – 6 years
• Juniors: 7 – 10 years
• Seniors: 11  – 15 years
• Sixth: 16 years - 17+ years
