Governance 

We wish to ensure the school is well managed, meets all statutory and regulatory requirements and that we communicate with parents in a timely and professional manner. We are governed by the GEMS UK management team and our governance board, which together form the committees for Education, Finance and Operations.

The GEMS Education UK Governance Board comprises:

•  Chair of Governance: Director of Education – Dr. Martin Stephen
•  Chief Executive Officer, GEMS Education UK – Chris Kirk
•  Director of Finance – Antony Berkin
•  Director of Operations – Sue Roxby
•  Senior Representative from GEMS in Dubai – [Margaret Atack]
•  Two Headteachers – Clive Keevil; Lesley Parlane

Where appropriate, the Board invites colleagues or outside experts to give advice.

We monitor the standards within our schools internally, and they are externally inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI).
