Message from the Head of School
Our international approach to learning supports diversity in all areas of children’s personal, social, emotional, academic, creative, physical and cultural development. Our children are well-rounded, capable students who become world citizens and global forward-thinkers with a desire to promote humanitarian endeavors both locally and throughout the world. They are given the foundation to be tomorrow’s leaders who can creatively meet the demands of the future. Learning about world cultures is an important part of our global approach to education in which children create lasting friendships and extended families. Through a values-based curriculum, children learn to be problem solvers both individually and between others. This provides a foundation that encourages the expression of each child’s individuality and potential. In addition to learning in the classroom, Little GEMS International children learn through a variety of “Islands of Learning and Play” that focus on physical development, creativity, self-expression and environmental awareness. These “Islands” are specifically designed to meet the growth and developmental needs of your child. I look forward to meeting you and your precious gems. Please contact us to schedule a tour for your family and find out how you can join the Little GEMS International family. Learn more about the Head of the School by reading her bio here.
