Born in India, brought up in Dubai. Have been in the UAE for 35 years, been a resident since 1979, schooled at Dubai and thereafter, graduated from India and then back to the UAE to pursue my career. My family includes my wife and son (who is a Grade 7 student at the GEMS Modern Academy)
Jebin is a senior HR professional with 20 years of experience across consulting, manufacturing, and retail. He has a strong business focus, loves working on projects that drive organizational change and drives market leading and sustainable performance.
He has extensive experience in working with CEOs and C-suite leaders; in driving end-to-end organizational transformation. His core expertise is in ‘Organizational Transformation & Change’ and his focus areas include Strategy articulation, organization design and development, talent management, change & communication. Outcome orientated with a keen eye on how to make organizations 'healthier' and its ability to deliver sustained value.
He has demonstrated experience in identifying and developing young leaders for the future with his empowering and inspiring leadership style.
Jebin is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an MBA. He is also a SHRM- SCP, GPHR
