GEMS Speak Up (Whistleblower)
GEMS is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity across all its operations. Guided by our core values, we aim to prevent, detect, and address any form of unethical behavior or misconduct within the GEMS Group.
The GEMS Speak Up (Whistleblower) Platform provides a confidential and secure channel for anyone connected to GEMS including employees, former employees, contractors, suppliers, customers, consultants, interns, and parents to raise genuine concerns without fear of retaliation.
While concerns can be raised through normal reporting channels, the Speak Up Platform offers an independent and alternative route for those who may not feel comfortable doing so.
All reports are reviewed and investigated by independent experts, with feedback provided where appropriate.

What You Can Speak Up About
The GEMS Speak Up Platform encourages everyone connected to GEMS to raise genuine concerns about any behavior or situation that goes against our values, policies, or the law. You can Speak Up about issues including, but not limited to, the following:
1. Employee Relations & Integrity
- Unethical conduct or corruption
- Conflicts of interest or abuse of authority
- Misuse of position or power
- Inappropriate relationships
- Fraud or policy violations
- Breaches of ethics, compliance, or integrity standards
2. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
- Unsafe working conditions or practices
- Fire or emergency hazards
- Workplace accidents, injuries, or near misses
- Health risks or wellbeing concerns (including mental health)
- Non-compliance with safety regulations or failure to report incidents
3. Safeguarding
- Any concerns relating to the protection and welfare of children or vulnerable individuals
4. Information Technology & Data Protection
- Unauthorized access or cyber security threats
- Data privacy breaches
- Misuse of GEMS systems or confidential information
- Sharing of insider or restricted information
5. Parent or External Complaints
- Any issue raised by parents, customers, or external stakeholders concerning GEMS operations or conduct
6. Other Concerns
- Any other issue that does not align with GEMS’ values or ethical standards

All reports are treated in strict confidence.
GEMS Education will:
- Protect whistleblowers from retaliation or discrimination
- Investigate all concerns fairly and impartially
- Take appropriate action where wrongdoing is found
